Rubenbauer Genusswelten in Munich

It's a pleasure to have a place like this in the main station. Many kinds of foods, both fast and more stting oriented. Fast efficient service.

3.50 for a leberkässemmel, that's outrageous. Next door you get them for 2.50

9:20 p.m. Munich main station: at least I get something to eat, the bratwurst is lukewarm and contains very strange ingredients, hunger drives it in, cost only € 4.20, hence only one star

the best fried potatoes of my life. everything is exquisite and you can safely eat on the go. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the wide range of different dishes. I recommend. Many Thanks

It can be conjectured that the RubenBauer franchise turns out to be a tribute to the maternal background. I didn't call Ruben Gegenbauer. I felt at home.

Mega unfriendly employees. Ordered a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, everything settled down on the bottom of the mug, when I asked for milk to pour again (which I would of course have paid for, as I have emphasized several times) I was turned away more than roughly and unfriendly by the male employee. The lady who came along was just as good in terms of service. Never again.

We ordered a package of sandwiches on Too good to go. When we arrived, the guy at the counter told us he doesn't know what that means. When he eventually found the manager, he told us we could choose three things from the counter, which is way overpriced for 6.90 Euro for food that isn't fresh anymore. They clearly didn't understand the concept of too good to go (avoid food waste), because the counter was still FULL with sandwiches, with only 10minutes to go until closing... So they prefere to throw things away than saving them. Sad story, poor shop. EDIT: Just receives below answer, which shows the rudeness of the people working there and there misunderstanding of too good to go. The two sandwiches and cinnamon bun that I received would have cost around 9Euro in total, not 15. And as I said before, the counter was full of sandwiches (easily more than 40pcs) so one or two or even five less would not have hurt to be given away.

My friends and I had 40 mins so we wanted to pass the time by having a coffee. When we sat down in the "Rubenbauer Genusswelt", we were greeted very unfriendly. The waiter came and we started placing the order. When it became clear to the waiter that we only wanted to order something to drink, he disgusted us with the words: "I have to take care of those who want something to eat". In the meantime we had taken off the mask (we were sitting) and noticed a very unpleasant smell. For the prices an absolute outrage, what we were offered there !! In the end we decided to spend the remaining half hour on the cold platform ... never again !!

We ate at Gosch this afternoon. Half a lobster and crab meat. The food was very good and the waiter very friendly. What more do you want?

I love Gosch Sylt and I always try to have a bite to eat here when I'm in Munich. Service perfect, quality excellent, selection huge, value for money great.

the waitress was very rude because I wanted to eat a small portion from another diner. I would have loved to be sent away. The memory card was taken out of my hand. I didn't even get a chance to order water or coffee. At the pizza stand I could order a water and a pizza but at a table I was not allowed to sit down with chairs. I had to climb on a bar stool. I generally refuse to do this if I don't get any help. I'm used to better service and disappointed in Munich.

Most rude service. After I ordered a sandwich and a drink, the gentleman behind the counter pointed out to me in the most unfriendly manner that I should please vacate my seat, as you can only sit down if you order on the other side of the roundabout. There was space - but unfortunately not for me. Such "rules" should also be communicated and visible somewhere. The service staff would need coaching in "service". Never again.

Best food and service in Munich just as we're leaving! Huge pork knuckle with tons of super crispy crackling, served with delicious fresh sauerkraut for just 15 euro. And a glass of wine is 200ml as opposed to the tiny glasses served elsewhere, usually 100ml for the same price of 5 euro. And an English menu for once! Recommended.

I would have liked to have had something to eat with Gosch here with my wife, unfortunately we were kicked out by a very unfriendly waiter because our children had already bought something in another restaurant. They were not allowed to eat this there. Not very customer and family friendly. Then we just eat something at the competitor. We can hardly leave the children on the sidelines to watch us eat! If you don't want our money, someone else would be happy to get it. Unfortunately I can not give minus points, because this shop will and will never see again.

I ate here yesterday, spontaneously, in the Gosch. A very tasty fried fish with a good potato salad. Friendly service and very fast service as it should be for a restaurant at the train station. Very happy again

If you are already asking 4 euros for a cappuccino, the INTERNAL TOILETS should at least be included in the restaurant visit. What you are doing is illegal double-cashing, it is against the law! Especially if your own staff go to the toilet for free, guests can be asked to checkout twice

Disgusting ... Gloves are worn so that employees don't touch the goods with their bare hands. A plus point actually. However, the money is accepted with the same gloves and the change is given out. You shouldn't think about it too long ... That would be gross enough without Corona.

The staff is extremely rude and listless! Sorry, but since I have been seriously wondering when they were in the window? The salad is so wilted that you might think it would have been produced the day before.

Really nice varieties on different dishes !!! ?? Above all the pizzas ? look very nice there and also taste very delicious ? I have a whopping 5 stars.

Such bad service. We ordered two cappuccinos and asked for tube because my girl friend have trouble drinking. The waitress toke the tube and refused to give it to me, asking me to say "please". I know it might be unaproperate to ask for tools without saying "please". But I don't think we need to be taught to be polite by her in front of other people.

This early morning, i bought sandwich to go and pointed the sandwich i like, the oma who served me gave other than i pointed, she said it is the same, after having it at my hotel room, found out that the baguette was not fresh, maybe from last night left over

Worst experience ever. I ordered a pasta with salmon on the counter. The guy ask me wether to eat in or take away. I said, eat in... No body attend my desk at all.. When my wife bring another food to my table, the servant said we can not sit there. And told us to go else where. Then i said i ordered a food here, but no one attend me. When i want to cancel my order, the guy upfront who serve me earlier then bring my food. Worst service ever. The servant dont even speak english. Do not come to this place ever.... Take away may be fine. But deffinitely no eat in.

We have had breakfast here two days in a row. The waiter was slow to warm up, but he turned out to be awesome. The food was very good and extremely affordable. Two eggs, potatoes, bacon and a baguette is 8euro. Keep in mind if you just pick up a cappuccino and croissant nearby it is about 6 euros.

Highly not recommended even you are in starvation mode.....This is the worst restaurant I tried in Germany! Especially the potato dumplings, omg! Terrible!

A pleasant snack before the train to Innsbruck.

Such a convenient place to go and grab different types of food while waiting for your train. Food ranging from sushi, kebabs, sandwiches, Asian noodles, or some fresh baked goods. There is also a little market in there that sells some of your basic needs. Great concept all around. The only thing is, the staff there did not seem to be very welcoming.

Not fresh lobster, bad source, not worth a price, bad service waitress and ignorant chef: Stay away!

Very poor service. I asked the waiter a few times to order and she seemed too concentrated on her Facebook instant messenger without noticing me. After I made my order, she even went to the opposite shop to chat with another person. Will never come again!!!!

THE POMMES PLACE it is run by naive people !!! i pay 5 euros for a durum not because i want only chillies (which he didn't sprinkle but poured) and just one piece of potato inside! also the guy frowns upon every other customer! next time, i won't mind walking till the next station to get an actual kebab.

We ate for breakfast at munchen central train station (Rubenbauer Restaurant). Bad service. Worst restaurant service I've ever experienced. The waiter wasn't polite at all. He gave us the meals while sneezing and coughing. He was even put our plate and take our dishes roughly. Not recommended.

Second time to Rubenbauer and both times I've been happy. The mozzarella and tomato sandwich is very tasty. The pastries the others in my party purchased were also very fresh and delicious. As someone who speaks only a little German their staff's quick and friendly switch to English was appreciated. Hopefully I'll be back in Munich soon and this will always be my go to shop for a quick bite.

Not worth the price. The seafood was okay on its own, but they just had to serve it with oddly asian sides. You would be better off spending your money at some random beer garden.

It right in the Munich central station. From the outside, it looks small but huge on the inside. It has all you need from a supermarket and can be helpful when you on the rush to catch your train. It not expensive despite amazing location.

Nice bar man. Blunt and rude waiter who said we cannot sit on a table in an empty restaurant despite paying nearly €10 for 2 drinks. All in all a poor experience.

Awful Service!!!!

The guy prepares the Döner without knowing what he is doing. He is not asking which souce you want and he one he adds is almost frozen. The salad looks terrible and he barely put meat inside the bread. At the end I just had half a bread without anything inside.

I want to say person who sell Currywurst on 4MAY@10PM. He was the worst man I've ever met in Munich. It was my second trip to Munich and I heard that 'Currywurst' is one of the famous food. once I order that food, that rude person asked me "which currywurst do you want?". Since he spoke in german not english, I guess he might mean that kind of things. I asked him If he could recommend me the popular one. at that time, he began to say something in german with unpleasant face that I can't understand at all!! he seemed to wait my decision, but I totally can't understand what he said. He pushed me for a while with angry face and then he's gone. I stood and stared at him for seconds. I knew that It was not the only place to buy food, so I went out. I recommend this place to people who can speak german and well-known about their menu. If you are not that kind of person, you should go somewhere except 'Rudenbaier Genusswelton'

I can't speak to all the food stands, but the curry bratwurst was terrible.
